L’exemple comme la chose même. Le cas et son sujet

Résumé

Situer le « cas » dans l’horizon de l’épistémè clinque, analytique, c’est suivre les destins du signifiant qui, à partir de l’idée de chute (tomber malade), convoque aux acceptions juridique, grammaticale et à la casuistique, science des singularités. La distinction kantienne entre logiques déterminante – du particulier à subsumer sous le général – et réfléchissante – extrayant une loi d’une singularité – permet de dégager homologiquement le champ du cas dans l’horizon analytique. Logique de l’événementialité et du hors-contexte, permettant de situer le point de décrochage du symptôme inconscient pas rapport à une logique médicale de la maladie. Cela permet de situer le statut du sujet en son lien au réel du symptôme, en tirant toutes les conséquences de l’adage de l’exemple comme la chose même.

Abstract

To place the « case » in tin the view of the clinical analytical episteme, it is to follow the fates of the significant that, from the idea of « fall » (To fall ill), shall convene the legal meanings, grammatical and to the « casuistry », the science of singularities. The Kantian distinction between decisive logical – of the individual to « subsume » under the general – and reflective – extracting a law of – allows to clear homologiquement the field of the case in the analytical horizon. Logic of the événementialité and of except context, allowing to place the point of unhooking of the unconscious symptom not report to a medical logic of the « disease ». It allows to place the status of the subject in its link in the reality of the symptom, by drawing all the conclusions of the adage of of « the example » as « the thing ».
