Résumé

Dans ce texte l’intime intrication entre Psychanalyse et Psychiatrie est envisagée au travers d’un parcours marqué par l’exil vécu paradoxalement comme ouverture à l’altérité. Depuis l’anti- psychiatrie avec le collectif Gardes Fous jusqu’à la rencontre avec la psychothérapie institutionnelle, un chemin se trace avec la psychanalyse et mes tentatives successives de transformation de la pratique psychiatrique. Le transfert et les résistances constituent le fil conducteur d’une traversée qui m’aura amené depuis les années 80 à la construction d’une institution le centre Antonin Artaud, lieu d’hospitalité pour la folie. Il s’agit d’aller à la rencontre du délirant dans sa singularité pour reconstruire un monde habitable. La mise en acte de l’inconscient se joue au travers de créations collectives avec les patients, mettant au travail l’aporie entre l’enjeu démocratique et celui du transfert. Abstract

In this text, the intimate intertwining of psychoanalysis and psychiatry is considered through a journey marked by exile, paradoxically experienced as an opening to otherness. From anti-psychiatry with the Gardes Fous collective to the encounter with institutional psychotherapy, a path is traced with psychoanalysis and my successive attempts to transform psychiatric practice. Transference and resistance constitute the main thread of a journey that has led me since the 1980s to the construction of an institution, the Antonin Artaud Center, a place of hospitality for madness. It is a question of going to the meeting of the delirious in his singularity to rebuild a livable world. The enactment of the unconscious is played out through collective creations with the patients, putting to work the aporia between the democratic issue and that of the transfer.
