Délire et écriture. Construction dans la psychose

Résumé

À partir de rencontres cliniques avec un patient au sein d’une institution psychiatrique où j’ai effectué un stage de psychologue clinicien, j’ai souhaité m’intéresser à la fois à la question du délire et à celle de l’écriture. La présence du délire dans les entretiens et la place de l’écriture pour ce patient m’ont fait envisager la question d’une construction, à la fois dans le délire, dans l’écriture, et dans leur relation. J’examine la question du délire sous l’angle de la construction chez Freud puis chez Lacan. J’envisage une fonction de l’écriture pour ce patient, celle de lettre d’un discours. Écriture et délire participeraient de l’effort de construction d’un discours, c’est à dire d’un lien social, permettant à ce patient de rendre le monde habitable.

Abstract

Based on clinical encounters with a patient in a psychiatric institution where I was doing an internship as clinical psychologist, I wished to take interest in the question of delirium and in the question of the writing for this patient. The presence of delirium in the clinical interviews and the part of writing for this patient led me to consider the question of construction both in delirium and in writing, and in their connections. I examine the question of delirium in Freud’s work and in Lacan’s work. I envisage a function of writing for this patient, letter of a discourse. Writing and delirium would contribute to an effort of construction of a discourse, i.e. of a social link, allowing this patient to make the world habitable.
