Résumé

Dans le cours de la consultation bénévole d’un migrant africain, le don d’un comprimé d’un anxiolytique a produit un effet thérapeutique immédiat sur ses insomnies, ce qui n’est explicable que par l’effet d’un transfert qui noue une pratique psychanalytique à l’analogie d’une pratique traditionnelle. L’histoire clinique de ce patient est liée à celle de sa femme qui était en psychothérapie avec une collègue psychanalyste. C’est l’histoire d’un grand amour qui a survécu aux épreuves de l’exil.

Abstract

During a voluntary consultation with an African migrant, the donation of a tablet of an anxiolytic drug produced an immediate therapeutic effect on his insomnias. Who can only be explained by the effect of a transference which tied a psychanalytic practice to the analogy of a traditional practice. The clinical history of this patient is linked to that of his wife who was in psychotherapy with a fellow psychoanalyst. It is a love story which survived to the trials of exile.
