Résumé

En France, les doctrines étatiques organisationnelles actuelles de compensation inclusive et d’accompagnement d’un handicap pour les personnes souffrant de psychose rendent très difficile l’articulation dynamique entre thérapeutique active et insertion sociale. La segmentation entre le champ sanitaire et le champ social, et les doctrines d’incurabilité qui lui sont sous-jacentes mettent à mal la citoyenneté de plein exercice des patients permettant un accès continu aux soins actifs visant un processus thérapeutique. La clinique de la Borde fondée en 1953 par le docteur Jean Oury n’échappe pas à ce clivage, l’établissement ayant l’obligation de se situer dans les nouvelles organisations territoriales visant la psychiatrie via le champ de l’organisation de la Santé Mentale dans le territoire du département de Loir-et-Cher. Dans ce contexte, l’enjeu thérapeutique est de poursuivre auprès de chaque personne souffrant de psychose un accueil singulier en leur proposant une thérapeutique de soins actifs veillant pour chacune d’entre elles à articuler individuellement soins actifs et citoyenneté de plein exercice dans la cité.

La possibilité du champ associatif 1901 intégré par la psychothérapie institutionnelle comme espace singulier de responsabilisation de chaque personne indépendamment de son statut offre la possibilité d’un processus singulier d’inscription dans un champ collectif qui donne sens à la participation de chacune. Dans l’exercice de sa liberté de circulation, l’articulation de la thérapeutique et l’insertion tisse une possibilité de reprise existentielle personnelle au long cours sans trop de risque de catastrophe pathologique.

Abstract

In France, current legal organizational doctrines of disability inclusive compensation and accompaniment for people suffering from psychosis make the dynamic articulation between active therapy and social integration very difficult. The segmentation between the health field and the social field, and the doctrines of incurability which underlie it, undermine the real full citizenship of these patients which may offer to them a continuous access to active care aimed at a permanent therapeutic process. The Clinic de La Borde founded in 1953 by Doctor Jean Oury does not escape this divide, the establishment having the obligation to situate itself in the new territorial organizations targeting psychiatry via the field of mental health organiza-tion in the territory of the department of “Loir-et-Cher”. In this context, the therapeutic chal-lenge is to continue a welcome for each person suffering from psychosis by offering each of them the singular possibility of the access to a permanent active cure and therapy ensuring that for each of them it’ll be possible to articulate active care, and a process to a possibility of cure with the possibility to exercise a full citizenship in the city. The possibility of the associative field 1901 integrated by institutional psychotherapy as a singular space of empowerment of each person independent of their social status offers the possibility of a singular process of real and psychological inscription in a collective field which gives meaning to the participation of each. In the exercise of “freedom of movement”, the articulation of therapy and integration weaves a possibility of long-term personal existential recovery without too much risk of pathological catastrophe.
