Criminalité chez les adolescents : complexité psychopathologique

Résumé

À partir de la notion de violence adolescente et de criminalité adolescente, les multiples figures de la violence sont définies afin d’en pondérer la représentation. Cela permet de situer une certaine réalité de la notion de violence juvénile. L’approche de la délinquance adolescente permet de s’éloigner du principe d’une typologie ou d’une pathologie spécifique. Nous distinguerons l’acte transgressif et l’acte criminel. Une autre distinction sera celle entre l’acte criminel et l’homicide. Articulés avec la dynamique psychique et le processus pubertaire, les différents registres d’actes sont liés à la psychopathologie : psychose, état limite, psychopathie, mélancolie et perversion.

Abstract

Starting from the notion of adolescent violence and adolescent criminality, the multiple figures of violence are defined in order to weight their representation. This makes it possible to situate a certain reality of the notion of youth violence. The approach to adolescent crime makes it possible to move away from the principle of a specific typology or pathology. We will distinguish between the transgressive act and the criminal act. Another distinction will be that between the criminal act and the homicide. Articulated with the psychic dynamics and the pubertal process, the various registers of acts are linked to psychopathology : psychosis, borderline state, psychopathy, melancholy and perversion
