Résumé

Cet article témoigne de l’expérience menée à l’Hospital Interzonal Général de Ayudos, San Martin de La Plata : le développement d’un dispositif de soin alternatif à l’hospitalisation, à la confluence de la psychanalyse, de l’approche groupale et des directives internationales. Inscrit dans un double mouvement de désinstitutionnalisation des hôpitaux psychiatriques, l’HIGA, a donné forme à un corpus institutionnel ouvert, agi par la parole analytique. L’HIGA organise un système de Résidence en psychologie où les résidents postdiplômés reçoivent une formation psychanalytique (courant lacanien). En écho aux travaux de Gisela Pankow dans le déclenchement et le traitement des psychoses, on place la fonction du langage comme opérateur structurant de l’organisation psychique. Attentive à une intuition de Pankow, je remonterai en amont de la défaillance de cette construction, en revenant à la présence/perception, à partir de l’atelier qi gong.

Abstract

This article illustrates an original experience carried out at the Hospital Interzonal Général of Ayudos, San Martin de la Plata: the development of an alternative to hospitalisation at the confluence of psychoanalyse, the group approach and international directives. Inscribed in a double movement of deinstitutionalization of psychiatric hospitals, the HIGA has given form to an open institution based on the analytic word. In this sense, the H.I.G.A, experimental site, organises a system of Residence in psychology, which post graduated psychologists receive training courses (Lacanien movement). As a feed back to the hypothesises noted by Gisela Pankow on the activating of psychoses and the adequate therapy to be given, we see clearly the function of language as a structuring operator of the psychic organisation. Attentive to an intuition of Pankow, I shall go back up on the weakness of this construction coming back to presence and perception based on the qi gong workshop.
