Résumé

La clinique de l’exil dans la rencontre avec des sujets présentant des états déliés complexes, interroge le dispositif de nouage des registres Réel, Symbolique, Imaginaire pour ceux-ci. Parmi les phénomènes de répétition, le rêve traumatique surgit avec ses effets de rupture : un réel affleure.

À l’appui de l’hypothèse de la déliaison des registres, celle-ci contribue à désaffilier le sujet du champ de l’Autre fragilisant l’abri que constitue l’ordre symbolique. Cette clinique exemplifie et actualise la disjonction structurelle présente, entre le réel du corps d’une part, et l’image unifiée du corps, d’autre part, même si la prévalence du symbolique et le primat du langage ont introduit le sujet dans la fonction métaphorique et la médiation du fantasme. L’adresse à l’analyste dans le transfert peut venir constituer pour un sujet un lieu d’appui, afin d’y tenter un re-nouage subjectif, notamment par un travail sur l’affect, « vraie touche du réel ».

Abstract

The clinic of exile in the encounter with subjects presenting complex unlinked states, questions the knotting device of the Real, Symboliques and Imaginary registers for them. Among the phenomena of repetition, the traumatic dream emerges with its effects of rupture : a real surface.

In support of the hypothesis of the dislocation of registers, this contributes to disaffiliating the subject from the field of the Other, undermining the shelter of the symbolic order. This clinic exemplifies and actualizes the structural disjunction present between the real of the body on the one hand, and the unified image of the body on the other, even if the prevalence of the symbolic and the primacy of language have introduced the subject into the metaphorical function and the mediation of fantasy. The address to the analyst in the transference can constitute for a subject a place of support, in order to attempt a subjective re-knotting, notably by working on the affect, “the real touch of the real”.
