Résumé
L’entretien est orienté par une visée, qui consiste à faire émerger le sujet, dans une perspective psychodynamique orientée par la psychanalyse. Dans la place que la présentation occupe au sein d’un service de psychiatrie, le clinicien n’est pas le réceptacle neutre des associations libres du patient. Parfois, il est amené à relancer ce travail associatif, parfois aussi à le contenir.
Abstract
The interview is guided by an aim, which is to bring out the subject in a psychodynamic perspective oriented by psychoanalysis. In the place that presentation holds in a psychiatric ward, the clinician is not a neutral receptacle of the patient’s free associations. Sometimes it is brought to revive this associative work, sometimes to contain it.
